A Message from Larry Ceisler
In this month’s newsletter we focus on how the evolution in culture, as well as media, impacts our work. But while the “how” may change, the “why” and “what” we do at Ceisler Media remains constant. Coalitions still must be built, credibility maintained and a good story is what people want to hear, read or watch.
You’ll find a blog in this newsletter from Senior Director Kirk Dorn on the importance of embracing change – while never forgetting the fundamentals. Elise Corbett offers advice she would give to someone just entering the business. And Senior Associate Max Weisman writes on the reward that comes from working on causes you truly believe in.
You’ll also find interesting news about our clients, developments at Ceisler Media and timely “Thought Leadership” posts from our management team.
Enjoy. And, as always, please feel free to reach out and contact us.
Larry Ceisler
Principal, Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy
March commemorates the vital role of women in American history and society, so we are sharing blogs by Meredith Montalto, Courtney Accurti and Elizabeth Stoner three of the bright minds at Ceisler Media. They happen to be women and the blogs focus on issues impacting women – as well as everyone else working in business, media, politics and issue advocacy.
Senior Director Kirk Dorn reflects on incorporating longtime successful strategies into a changing media world. The tools have changed, but the philosophy remains the same.
Elise Corbett, one of our bright young associates, offers advice to the person she was two years ago – a new college grad about to enter the business world. Perhaps you’ll find it useful as well.
Senior Associate Max Weisman writes on the reward that comes with working for a cause that inspires you. Max explains how the true pleasure is when the campaign passes the “happy hour test.”
