COLLEEN SHEPHERD

Colleen Shepherd joined Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy as business manager in November 2003, having worked with Larry Ceisler since the late 1990s. Colleen was responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm including human resource functions, accounting, IT and media buying. She also implemented business planning and development strategies to help Ceisler Media cultivate opportunities for growth through 2012.

 

Prior to joining Ceisler Media, Colleen was a self-employed small business consultant working with state and local clients including PennDOT, USPS, Starbucks and local chambers of commerce. As an independent consultant for small businesses, she wrote business plans, recruited, hired and trained employees and managed a wide array of marketing projects.

Colleen was formerly a marketing administrator at RXVP, a technology company focused on pharmaceutical compliance issues. She has also been a special events coordinator for the president of University of Pennsylvania and an executive assistant to the chairman of a major Philadelphia law firm.
 
Colleen resides in Wallingford, PA with her husband Scott and brother John, and is a proud mother of two.  She is president of the board of directors for the Arc of Delaware County, a non-profit advocacy organization providing advocacy and social recreation opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
